Privacy & Refund Policy

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.  Any personal information received will only be used to register you for a Course or Program, and to send notifications or reminders regarding class dates and events. We will not sell or redistribute your information to any third party without your consent.

CHILDREN:
While children under the age of 13 may participate in I-U classes, I-U does not collect personal information  from these children. In order for a child to access an I-U Course or Program, the child's parent or legal guardian must register and pay for the course, and is advised to assist the child to create a login alias for purposes of participating in a class, Discussion Board, and the Social Action Network. By registering for a Course or Program in which their child will participate, parents agree that it is their responsibility to protect their child's privacy by supervising his/her use of the website and its features and contents, including the Social Action Network.

REFUND POLICY:
No refunds are given for withdrawals after a Course begins. If a Course that is included as part of a Program is cancelled, Interactive-U reserves the right to replace the cancelled Course with an equivalent Course or a Consultation. In the event that a Course is cancelled by I-U the full purchase amount will be refunded.

ETHICAL CONSIDERATIONS:
Interactive-U has strict policies to protect copyrighted material and intellectual property including but not limited to postings, research, articles, photographs, and video. No form of plagiarism will be tolerated. We reserve the right to block participation of Students who engage in plagiarism, or  inappropriate, violent or sexual content, or harassment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Interactive-U provides online Course materials and resources, online Live Classes, Discussion Boards, Consultation, and Interactive Processes.  Students are responsible for their achievements and the results they obtain from participating in an Interactive-U Course or Program. It is the Students' responsibility to ensure they have the technical capacity to login to the e-learning platform and access the online Live Classroom. Please note that Tablets and Smart Phones will access all course materials with the exception of the Live Classroom.
